What happens in the session?
The focus is on your hopes or dreams, your ideas, your strengths and your experiences. I will ask questions and present tasks and ideas tailored to your needs to most effectively help you move forward and redefine your future.Often, the coach and client will arrange one either a one-off session or a block of sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis for 1 1/2 hours either over the phone, internet or in person. After your initial consultation, session rates start from £90 per session for 1 hour normally held fortnightly. Concessions are available for those on benefits. This includes correspondance inbetween sessions via email regarding queries or concerns about your coaching progress and useful information from me. All my work is fully guaranteed so if you are dissatisfied with the coaching despite giving your full participation, I will refund your money in full.
