What happens in the session?
The focus is on your hopes or dreams, your ideas, your strengths and your experiences. I will ask questions and present tasks and ideas tailored to your needs to most effectively help you move forward and redefine your future. Often, the coach and client will arrange one either a one-off session or a block of sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis for 1 1/2 hours either over the phone, internet or in person.
